Happy client

Lenity Pet Hospital saved my dog Rudy after he was hit by a car. Rudy had a broken hip in two places and he underwent surgery. He received great care during his stay at Lenity, and his recovery seems to be a very speedy process. Lenity is a great hospital, and the people who work there are very skilled, caring, and professional. I cannot express my gratitude strongly enough. Thank you Lenity!

It's a blessing to have a trustworthy ER vet service so close to home. No one wants to have to go to the ER for their pet but knowing the option is available is reassuring. Going to the ER is not for the faint of heart cost-wise but most of us can't put a price tag on our pets.

We brought our cat after he was unable to stop bleeding from his gums. We suspected he had cancer and were spending $2-3,000 at our regular vet to determine. Unfortunately, his disease was quite advanced. We had to make the devastating and painful decision to put our baby down. He was unable to clot and wouldn’t have made it through the night. The amount of care and compassion we were shown by the staff is truly remarkable. Thank you Dr. Kimberly Carlson for your generous donation to the Arbor Foundation in Finn’s name. They will plant a tree in Michigan (where I am from). Your entire staff was kind, extremely patient and did absolutely everything you could for our boy. We miss him terribly but know that he was making muffins right up to the end thanks to your gentle care and enormous compassion. We greatly respect what you do. Thank you.

Took my girl Baby here for an emergency surgery, and the team was amazing. From the start til discharge, they made our process smooth and showed lots of love and passion for what they do. Thank you to the team over at Lenity! Baby and I appreciate you guys more than you think and will definitely be coming more often!

We’re so thankful for the care our dog got here. The entire staff was very helpful, patient, and kind through the whole process. They really listened to us when we explained what was going on and never made us feel rushed. They also worked with us on our budget, which we really appreciated. Thanks to their care and guidance, our dog is doing so much better and back to her happy self. We've been dog owners for over 15 years and have had our fair share of encounters with emergency vets and Lenity really stands out. The facility is very clean and the staff is awesome. I hope to not be back anytime soon but if we need emergency care this is where we will come.

Dr. Carlson saved my dog’s life. Lenity saw us through an incredibly stressful week last week. Our 4 year old standard poodle, Luna, became very ill inexplicably. Luna stopped eating, became lethargic, and ran a fever. The team led us from diagnosis to emergency surgery for a liver abscess, as well as (two!) complementary staple repair procedures when she got through her collar. Dr. Carlson is a fantastic surgeon and owns the practice - it’s not corporate owned like many other places. She gave us a tour of the facility- they have everything there. I will not comment on the price, except to say that now we know the importance of having pet insurance without a cap. Overall, Luna is alive and we are lucky. I trust the team and am grateful for our time there. Apart from the animal care, they are good with people too. I was an emotional wreck all week and they rolled with me and my anxiety like pros. Shout out to Autumn and Brian who were particularly supportive. Thank you!!!

Friendly staff and Drs who work with you to get your pet care. We went to two vets for our dog who had an abscess on his neck and swelling. The team here stood out as friendly, caring and capable of understanding owner challenges when accidents and emergencies arise out of the blue. They never made us feel guilty or bad for asking about/seeking alternatives to help lesson the overall expense while also being honest and realistic with the pros and cons: top notch staff and really good people! Thank you to this team for helping our guy get better! While we don't hope to be back anytime soon, we know where we will go!

I had the best experience with the wonderful Dr. Carlson. She did a surgery on my kitten for a liver shunt, before the surgery she spoke with great patience and affection about the surgery. It fills me with confidence to see the great experience and professionalism of Dr Carlson. All the staff are very friendly and are always willing to help you and answer your messages and calls. In addition, they have very kind Spanish-speaking people who helped me feel better during those stressful moments, such as Maria, Lisa to name just a few of them. Eternally grateful to Dr Carlson for saving my kitten. One hundred percent recommended.

After our regular vet informed us that our cat would likely need a total colon removal, with a high risk of not surviving the surgery, and advised us to consider euthanasia, we were devastated. However, upon arriving at Lenity, we were reassured that our cat could recover with hospitalization. The staff at Lenity were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, always ready to answer our questions thoroughly. We appreciated the ability to call at any time to check on our cat's progress. After just a day and a half at Lenity, they managed to resolve our cat's constipation, and we were able to take him home with laxatives and a new diet. It's been a little over two weeks now, and our cat is back to his usual self! Although Lenity was quite pricey, the exceptional quality of care made it worth every penny. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

The team is very professional and responsive. I appreciate how fair they are with pricing out their services for my dog. The team was working very hard to treat all of the pets that were in the waiting room. Everyone I talked to was very courteous.
