Registered Veterinary Technician
Hi, my name is Tye, and I am a Registered Veterinary Technician in the Surgery Department at Lenity Vet Specialists + Emergency Care. I am passionate about providing high-quality care and helping my patients feel comfortable and confident in their treatment.
Personal Hobbies and Interests
Outside of work, I love riding my dirt bike, camping, boating, and hitting the lake or beach whenever I can. I also enjoy time with my husband, my dog Duke, and my cat Hashbrown — and I'm always up for trying new foods.
Education
I earned my Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology from Carrington College, graduating in 2018, at which time I also received my Registered Veterinary Technician certification.
Work History
I began my career at San Leandro Veterinary Hospital in 2015, where I started as a receptionist and technician assistant. From there, I joined VCA Bay Area Veterinary Specialists & Emergency, where I worked my way up from technician assistant to veterinary assistant and ultimately became a Registered Veterinary Technician in the surgery department — a role I held from 2016 to 2022. I then spent several years at Veterinary Emergency Group before joining the team at Lenity Vet Specialists + Emergency Care in 2025.
